I had looked up that video recently and was surprised at how funny it was; didn't quite jive with my kid memory of it being super cool and naughty.
My favorite thing is the teddy bear in the corner of the stage - she never leaves home without it!
i didn't even notice the teddy bear. yes it was so racy when we were kids. is that her thing-to bring her teddy everywhere? i have been on a kick since seeing prince in concert for the first time in january.
I think she was on the album cover with the bear.
I wish I had seen prince - he's so great. if you've never seen footage of him from the 70's in minneapolis clubs, you should check it out. freaking fearless in just underwear and high heeled boots, doing his thing.
