Turquoise is timeless, and I am curious to know how these rings work in their design.

F.Y.I: To call your label "couture" it has to be certified in Paris. Everything else is NOT couture, as custom made as things can be. Many many fashion designers are throwing around the word "couture" way too easily. There are very few labels that are couture, and you can see them at www.style.com. Fashionista.com did a great post on this subject. (Will link shortly)
