I have become very disinterested in blogs that feature their writer's daily looks. Additionally I am tired of blog jargon including "epic" and "swoon." I think that the true stylish people of the world are not experts in following trends and trying to emulate certain surfing supermodels-anyone can follow that lead. I no longer look at these narcissistic blogs (though one could argue that all blogs are narcissistic of course.) Style is more than just wearing cut off denim shorts-it's about how you carry yourself. It's how you live your life. It's about not caring about being photographed by The Sartorialist or about how many people follow your twitter account. I don't enjoy putting out negative statements but I had to get this off my chest.
*I do however make an exception to the blogs that I listed at the right of my page-they get my full support.
