I met Hushi when he worked at Pat Field's 8th street store in the mid nineties. He was so sweet and talented. He had this great line called "Sears and Robot" with Michael Sears. Then the name was changed to Michael & Hushi and they would show at fashion week. Their little store in the lower east side was this silver box of treasures, with the best selection of jewelry. They were both interviewed by "Bruno" aka Sasha Baron Cohen backstage at fashion week when Sasha's show ran on HBO long before Borat and Bruno movies came out. Hushi was friendly and went with it but you could tell that Michael wasn't having it..
