This foot condition is the perfect example of what the models deal with during fashion week. They have to put up with shoes that are too big or too small, that are uncomfortable and that cause calluses (calli?) and blisters and bruises and bleeding. I don't know that this dilemma can ever be resolved since the shoes are produced ahead of time and you really don't know your model cast (and therefore the correct shoe sizes needed) until the last moment. There is no time or extra moola to produce the right size for their poor little piggies. I am assuming that this is what ballet feet look like? Though on a positive note I can see from the foot abuse that she has been a busy gal!
